We had an appointment for car repair at 8 in Devonport

Barely filled anything, I think it airlocked (no air could escape) so it started overflowing after about 5 liters.

Let the hike begin
Here was our planned route. Up to Kitchen Hut (marked 1h (upside down)). There we would decide what we wanted to do. Last bus was scheduled to depart in 4h and the speedy estimation was about 4h.

After lunch Reuben, Dave and I decided we wanted to do a little slower pace back , so we skipped the summit.
Maybe not that chill
Instead Reuben and Dave helped two people carry their wayyy to heavy backpacks. They were really exhausted and weren't sure they would make it in time for the last bus

Most memorable shower I've ever had
We went back to the very accessible faucet that we thought was okay to use (allegedly), and hooked it up to the van's mains water.
I've never had a lookout while taking a shower before... We were really paranoid someone would spot this as it looks kind of sketchy
Dinner
After a great shower, everyone was clean and fresh and ready for some Pinot Noir
... Except Mikko who took one for the team and designated himself driver to camp

The stars were amazing though, but impossible to capture while riding.
